Lasky Architect PA is your one-stop for all architectural design services. We have over 37 years of experience in all areas of architecture, interior design and engineering. We are licensed in over 38 states nationwide and have provided design services for projects in Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Ireland, Kuwait, Sudan, Morocco, Pakistan and Malaysia.

Scott Lasky, the owner has been an AIA member since 2006, and we have been proud members of the IFA (International Franchise Association) since 2014. Our staff is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.

Architecture
Our team has serviced the franchise industry since 2001 and we have teams with specialized tools to respond to the specific needs of franchises – be they in the food service, retail, fitness, or entertainment fields. From conceptual space planning to construction documents for permitting, we do it all!
In-House Engineering
We have an in-house engineering team lead by a Professional Engineer with over 36 years’ experience in the fields of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) engineering. Each member of our team has worked closely with our Architectural Project Managers to provide our clients with the most seamless process possible. We also provide full MEP services to clients only needing engineering.
Interior Design
Our team has over 5 million square feet of experience designing and specifying interiors for our Clients. Whether you are looking to establish a unique look for your new venture, or refresh your existing establishment, our interior design team can help you select everything from wall coverings to bathroom accessories – everything that helps make your enterprise the one they’ remember!
Branding / Franchise Design Manuals
Our team has not only developed new branding, but has reshaped existing franchises’ branding for a 21st century look. We have experience establishing Design Manuals setting out franchise standards so that each site follows the same specifications for materials, equipment, and visual design aspects. We also offer space planning, kitchen planning, light studies and schematic design options to help any Client make the best use possible of their space. In all situations, we work closely with the Client to ensure that the final product meets both their needs and expectations.
International Services
We have helped our clients in an array of design services internationally. Our staff is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French, and has experience working with international clients and overseas.
We’ve worked with international franchises looking to develop in the US market, helping them maintain their internationally recognized aesthetics utilizing locally available and approved products and finishes that meet US code requirements.
We’ve worked with national franchise groups looking to take their concepts overseas on different levels, from schematic design, through working together with a local design team, helping them maintain the franchise design standards.
