We provide a full range of Architectural, Interior Design, Engineering and Project Management services. Our goal is be your one-stop-shop for your design needs, from concept to construction documents, and even through your construction process.
Our mission is to provide you with outstanding customer service and exceptional results. We tailor our services to meet the needs of each client, whether they plan on opening a one-site venture or a national franchise.
We are licensed in 38 states and Washington, DC, we are multi-lingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese & French), and we are located near a major travel hub allowing us to easily travel throughout the US, as well as Central and Latin America.
WHO WE ARE
Lasky Architect PA was incorporated in Florida in 2014. Our President, Scott Lasky, has nearly forty years of experience in architectural design and construction. As a young architect, Scott worked in the education field in New Jersey handling numerous public education projects in districts throughout the state. Upon relocating to Florida in the late 1990’s, Mr. Lasky worked with Broward County to renovate low cost housing under the TARP funding program, held a General Contractor’s license, and provided architectural and construction management services for clients.
Over his career, Mr. Lasky has been the Architectural lead in projects of varying nature, size and geographical location. This experience has equipped him well for our company’s current focus as we work with clients from every corner of the US and internationally. It is common for both established franchises as well as clients with their first venture, to call seeking his professional advice.
As a dedicated and skillful Architect, Scott sees his mission within our firm as offering clients and staff alike his experience, expertise and leadership. He ensures that our staff keeps up to date with current design trends and cutting edge technology and materials, and accommodates training and educational seminars that increase our knowledge base and hones our skills.
Our management team includes dedicated hard working professionals with vast experience in their fields.
WHAT WE DO
We start at the beginning – with schematic designing of your space. We work with you until you are happy with the design concept for your project, and then we get started on the construction documents you will need for permitting and renovation/building work.
We familiarize ourselves with the code requirements your project must meet, we follow franchise standards, and work with each client to keep design elements within their projected cost budget.
Once plans are submitted for permitting, we work with the municipal’s representatives to get your plans approved for construction.
We also offer bidding coordination services and can be available for construction management services, including scheduled site visits to review your contractor’s work in place and submitted pay applications.
